At DREAM PAIRS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
